Immuno-oncology evaluation platform

In order to meet the differentiated needs for animal models for the pharmacodynamic evaluation of drugs with different molecular forms or different mechanisms of action, in addition to providing hGEMM (genetically engineered mouse models) and homologous mouse tumor models, CIR Biopharma has also developed a variety of humanized tumor models, including: hHSC humanization, hPBMC humanization, hNK humanization, hM myeloid cell humanization and mixed humanization of multiple types of cells.

Humanized tumor model

Murine syngeneic tumor model

The syngeneic model involves inoculation of a tumor cell line of homologous background origin into an immunocompetent inbred mouse. The recipient mice have an intact murine immune system that is fully immunologically active, and this immune system is compatible with the syngeneic transplanted tumor tissue, maximally mimicking the true growth of the tumor microenvironment. The downside is that the transplanted mouse tissue may not fully represent the complexity of human tumors in the clinical setting. CIR Biopharma has developed a series of mouse homologous tumor models to meet the needs of our clients for new drug discovery and development. Currently, our team has developed tumor types such as colorectal cancer, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, lung cancer, bladder cancer, melanoma, and lymphoma et al.

hGEMM tumor model

According to the requirements of clients' projects, CIR Biopharma provides various humanized genetically engineered mouse models (hGEMM) to test the efficacy of corresponding drugs. The hGEMM tumor model has been successfully applied to validate potential tumor genes and drug targets, identify pharmacodynamic markers of drug-drug interactions, detect toxicity, and evaluate safety.
