Animal model of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease
According to the needs for pharmacodynamic evaluation of drugs for myocardial infarction, stroke, and atherosclerosis (AS), CIR Biopharma has established small-animal (mouse, rat) and large-animal (mini-pig, Beagle dog) models for myocardial infarction, rat intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) stroke, and rat ischemic reperfusion (MCAO) stroke, and an ApoE-/- mouse model for atherosclerosis. We have improved the technical level of in vitro and in vivo pharmacodynamic evaluation of drugs for cardiovascular diseases. We thus can provide sufficient experimental basis for drug development, and high-level model preparation and pharmacodynamic evaluation services for the majority of R&D enterprises.
